How Long Does a Bottle of CBD Last? A Simple UK Guide
Share
Quick answer: to work out how long a bottle of CBD lasts, divide the total CBD on the label by the amount you take each day. Taken once a day, a tub of BulletCBD 1000mg Gummies lasts 100 days, the 6000mg Mint Spray holds around 300 sprays, and a 1000mg 30ml oil gives about 60 servings.
"How long will this last me?" is one of the most common questions we get from customers in Mansfield and across the UK. It matters, because the real cost of CBD isn't the price on the bottle. It's the cost per day. This guide shows you the simple maths, gives you the numbers for every BulletCBD product, and explains why a bigger bottle is often the cheaper choice.
How do you work out how long a CBD bottle lasts?
You need two numbers: the total CBD in the pack (the big number on the label, such as 1000mg or 6000mg) and the amount you take each day.
Days a bottle lasts = total mg of CBD ÷ mg you take per day
For example, a 1000mg tub of gummies with 10mg in each gummy lasts 100 days at one gummy a day (1000 ÷ 10 = 100).
The tricky part with oils and sprays is working out how much CBD is in each serving, because the same total can be spread through different amounts of oil. That's why it helps to know the CBD per ml: total mg divided by bottle size in ml. We explain this in more detail in our guide to reading a CBD oil label in 60 seconds.

Here's how far each product goes at one serving a day, using the serving information on our product pages. Prices are as listed on bulletcompany.co.uk in October 2026.
| Product | Total CBD | Servings per pack | Days at 1 serving a day | Approx. cost per day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 6000mg Mint Spray (30ml) | 6000mg | Around 300 sprays | Around 300 | About 12p |
| 1000mg CBD Gummies (100) | 1000mg | 100 gummies (10mg each) | 100 | About 30p |
| 1000mg Orange Spray (10ml) | 1000mg | Around 80 sprays (about 12mg each) | Around 80 | About 25p |
| 1000mg Broad-Spectrum Oil (30ml) | 1000mg | About 60 × 0.5ml | About 60 | About 33p |
| 500mg Broad-Spectrum Oil (10ml) | 500mg | About 20 × 0.5ml | About 20 | About 50p |
| 1000mg Broad-Spectrum Oil (10ml) | 1000mg | About 20 × 0.5ml | About 20 | About £1.00 |
Our 4000mg Isolate Spray and 4000mg Broad-Spectrum Spray come in our largest 50ml bottle. How long they last depends on how many sprays you use each day, so check the label on your bottle and use the formula above.
Spray and serving counts are approximate and can vary slightly with how the pump is pressed. Always follow the serving guidance on your label. The Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults to limit CBD to 10mg a day, which is the same as one BulletCBD gummy.
Why does a bigger bottle often cost less per day?
Price per bottle and price per day are two very different things. A £10 bottle feels cheaper than a £34.95 bottle, but look at the table again: the 6000mg Mint Spray works out at around 12p a day, while a small 10ml oil can cost several times more per day.
The fairest way to compare CBD products is the cost per 1000mg. Across our range, the 6000mg Mint Spray costs £5.83 per 1000mg, compared with £20 per 1000mg for our smaller bottles. A 2025 survey of 26 bestselling UK CBD products found prices ranging from about 1p to 9p per mg, which puts the Mint Spray, at 0.58p per mg, among the best-value CBD in the UK.
That's why many customers start small, with the 500mg oil for £10, and move up to a bigger bottle once CBD is part of their routine.
How do you make a bottle last as long as possible?
- Shake before every use. CBD can settle in the oil, so a quick shake keeps every serving consistent.
- Store it properly. Keep it somewhere cool and dark with the cap closed. Our guide to whether CBD oil expires explains why heat and light matter.
- Use a spray for precision. A metered spray gives the same amount every time, so you don't waste oil on an over-filled pipette. See our spray vs drops comparison.
- Stick to a routine. Taking CBD at the same time each day makes it easy to know when you'll need a refill.
When should you reorder?
Count back about a week from the date your bottle will run out, and reorder then. Delivery is free across the UK, and ordering a week early means there's no gap in your routine. If you use more than one format, The Bullet Box brings the 6000mg Mint Spray, 100 CBD gummies and 500ml of Pure C8 MCT Oil together for £65.99, saving £17.94 compared with buying them separately.
